What we offer

Lamhe lets you make an interactive gift page from a template, your photos and your words, and share it with someone through a private link. The person you send it to opens it in their browser. They don't need an account or an app.

Price and payment

• Each gift costs ₹149, paid once. That includes your photos, voice notes, every moment in the template and 12 months of the page being live. Nothing is charged on top.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, mostly by UPI. We never see your UPI PIN, card number or bank password.
• You can preview your whole gift before you pay. Your gift goes live once the payment is confirmed.

How long your gift lasts

A paid gift stays live for at least 12 months from the date of payment. After that, the link shows that the gift has ended. You can delete your gift sooner at any time from My gifts.

Opened, or your money back

If your gift is not opened within 7 days of payment (or of the unlock time, if you set a later one), we refund you in full, automatically. The full rules are on our refund policy.

The midnight lock

You can choose a date for your gift to unlock at 12:00 am India Standard Time (IST). Until then, the link shows a locked screen and none of your content is sent to the recipient's phone. Lock times always use IST, wherever the recipient is.

Your content and your responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the photos, words and voice notes you add. You allow us to store, process and show them only to make and deliver your gift.
• Only upload photos you have the right to share, and only of people who would be comfortable being in the gift.
• Love and anniversary templates are for adults. You must be 18 or older to make one, and you'll confirm this before paying.
• Don't use Lamhe to harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or for sexual content, content involving minors in any inappropriate way, spam, or anything illegal in India.

Reports and take-downs

Every gift page has a report link. A person on our team reviews each report. If a gift breaks these terms we may take it down, and if it is taken down for breaking these terms we may not refund it. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we'll look again.

The AI helper

Suggested words are written by an AI model from what you tell us. They can be wrong or not quite right, so you can edit or replace every word. Read them before you pay: you are responsible for what your gift says. Your content is never used to train AI models.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make every gift open correctly on every common phone and browser, and we answer on WhatsApp if one doesn't. If something goes wrong on our side, our total responsibility to you for a gift is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't apply to a gift you have already paid for in a way that takes away something you paid for.
